Threadhopping: Yep, go ahead.
Fourthwalling: If your character has reason to be familiar with the Naruto universe, go ahead. If they have knowledge of Kin specifically from other characters, might just give me a quick heads up.
Offensive Topics: I don't offend easily. If you're really worried, PM me. I make no promises about Kin's IC reactions. She's a touchy woman, and easily pissed off.

Hugging Kin: OOCly - go for it. ICly - You might lose a hand.
Kissing Kin: OOCLy - go for it. ICly - You might lose an eye.
Flirting with Kin: OOCly - go for it. ICly - be prepared to be laughed at unless your character has managed to intrigue her in a 'not toy' way. She's about as romantic as a rock, though she does have sadistic and rivalry tendencies that could in theory be played upon.
Power Use on Kin: Any and all are fine. Give me a heads up if you're going to use a power to make her do something or influence her mind.
Fighting Kin: Go for it, and give me a heads up if we're going past minor injuries.
Injuring Kin: Go for it. Let me know if you're aiming for a more permanent injury.
Killing Samantha: This option is always open, but I'd like to chat first. I prefer it make sense to the scene/CR
Sex with Kin: OOCly - As a rule, I'm ok with this. If you want to play it out, you yourself must be 18+ and it has to be under a cut, with included warnings because she's 14. However, I'm going to say this: It's not likely. Kin's not a particularly sexual creature in the manga or anime. She's a violent sadist, but not in a way that depicts erotic arousal. So, if your character shows an interest in her, they're probably going to have to fight for it, and I'd like a heads up before you go ahead.
Really, this character's not meant to be a particularly sexual creature, and Asgard isn't a sex-positive game, so there's some legwork involved here before I'd be ok with it, unless your character's going the non-con route... in which case, we should probably have a long chat first. Anyone who's seen Samantha Grey knows I can do some dark plots, but they need to be planned out to some extent beforehand, especially as that's not my purpose for the character.
Note related to Age Issues: As a Chuunin is treated as the equivalent of a military team leader with squadrons under them (the equivalent of a Sergeant in most senses) in the Naruto universe, and Kin is testing to become one at the time of her death, I treat Kin as being assumed to be 'of age' in her world. While to an outsider's perspective, she might be considered a child, and a rather bratty and violent delinquent at that, she considers herself an adult in the Otogakure military structure and most in the Naruto universe would likely treat her as one as well, if a very junior and only moderately experienced field operative. It probably won't come up as a trigger, but just be aware that she will behave as if she were an adult, not a child.

With that said, Kin Tsuchi is a manipulative, cold-hearted snake in the grass who was trained in various ways to hurt and kill people, and she likes being able to do her job very well. She's well trained in stealth, breaking and entering, human anatomy and finding ways to end peoples' lives as slowly and painfully as possible. Even without her hallucinatory powers from home, she's still a dangerous little sociopath.
So, be aware she may try to rob, hurt or kill a character if it seems appropriate to her and she can get away with it. She is also a Telepath in Asgard, and will HAPPILY use this to the fullest extent possible, and will not tell people when she's rummaging through their brains or implanting suggestions. If you would rather not deal with this, please make a note here or in my Opt-Out post.
